Crown Constructions is mainly a residential projects development firm. A subsidiary of Morfi SA, based in Cyprus and over 50 year experience in the domain.
The company started its’ activity in Romania on September 2005, following a purchase of a 10,000 m˛ plot of land next to Pipera Lake. On this property, Crown Constructions is currently engaged in developing a medium rise condominium complex called “Perla-residence”.
Eighty two condominium units will be constructed, varying from one to three bedroom apartments, three villas with lake view, a clubhouse, a fitness facility, a mini-market and underground facilities.
Crown Constructions is aware and sensitive on the client needs and provides beautiful ambiance and architecture as well as optimized living quarters without compromising comfort. Perla-residence is a car free environment permitting on the grounds only emergency and moving vehicles. A 6200 m˛ underground facility with over 130 parking spaces and storages covers the needs of all the units and visitors.
To ensure quality of living, Crown Constructions minimized the coverage area on the land to allow space between the buildings. Furthermore, the height regime has been lowered to 3 stories to maximize sunlight exposure.
Perla Residence will be completed in summer 2008.
